Under a group framework, the individual members’ issues are processed, with a focus on the systemic view, that is, on human interconnections and relationships as well as on their dynamic interdependence.
Through systemic immersion in existential questions, but also in the current problems of the members, participants have the possibility to fundamentally expand the perception of human behavior and the dynamics of human relationships, with direct application of the resulting self-awareness in their work and personal life.
